3S is located in an airy Soho loft space in an 1869 warehouse building designed by famed architectural firm J.B. Snook and Sons. Built in the Renaissance Revival style with a cast iron façade downtown, our gallery’s architectural features have the character and charm of the original loft.
The space accommodates 100 people comfortably, and is available for a variety of rentals, including:
- Film and photo shoots
- Meeting space
- Dinner and cocktail parties
